Your Genes Can Help Find Your Most

Effective Exercise Regimen

When we pursue our ideal physique, we usually make plans based on different opinions and news circulating around us. However, we often fail to get the desired results. This is because we do not fully understand our own physical conditions. LIFECODE Sports and Nutrigenomics Tests will unlock this code for you.

LIFECODE’s tests use your genes to identify which types of exercise and food are the best options for you. These tests also indicate which habits or activities you need to avoid, showing you how you can achieve more with less effort.

Large ASIAN Database

At LIFECODE, we understand the differences in physique and genetic constitution between Asians and Westerners. In order to increase accuracy and precision, LIFECODE Sports and Nutrigenomics Tests used a large Asian database as basis, specifically test and analyze the Asian population, enabling us to help you more effectively in achieving your fitness goals.

Why You Should Take The Test

Have you ever set a fitness goal, but no matter how hard you tried, you still could not get the results you wanted?

That is because, from before you were born, your “genes” have already pre-determined your athletic and nutritional characteristics. Whether or not you can successfully achieve your fitness goals depends heavily on your designing of a personalized plan, and you must understand your innate fitness and nutrition genetics in order to devise the most effective exercise and diet plans that enable you to accomplish your goals.

Perfecting your body inside out

Using HIIT to lose weight. Lost Motivation after a while. Zero

Case study ・ Kingsley Chan

Kingsley was obese and has always wanted to lose weight. He saw the HIIT weight loss exercise routine online and tried. Kingsley followed strictly yet he was not able to complete the routine every time and did not lose any weight even after 3 months. To find out why, he took the Sports and Nutrigenomics Tests which enabled him to understand his body and to design a better fitness routine and diet plan.

As expected, the test results showed that Kingsley has weak muscle strength and low muscle growth. This means the HIIT routine which requires more muscle power was not suitable for him. The results pointed out he has good maximum oxygen uptake and that exercises such as long-distance running are more appropriate for him. The tests also indicated how he is not very sensitive to the absorption of saturated fatty acids. Thus, Kingsley changed his diet, replaced HIIT with long-distance running and effectively improved his physique and health.
